April ye 28th 1679 In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Fullar of Sutton in the Parish of Woking in the County of Surrey Cooke being sicke and weake of body but of sound and perfect mind and memory doe make and ordaine this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following (that is to say) First and principally I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator holping that by the merits death and passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to be saved Item I bequeath my body to the earth to be decently buried according to the discretion of my Executrix here after named Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth Thatcher the Sume of to Pounds of good and lawfull money of England to be payed to her within three months next after my decease by my Executrix here after named Item for all the rest of my goods and Chattels which are unbequeathed I give unto my loveing Wife Unice Fullar whome I make full Executrix of this my last Will and Testament shee paying my debts and legacies and funerall charges In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the marke of Thomas Fullar Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us William Kettlefold James Johnson Richard Lee die mensis Septembris 1681 Unicia alias Vintas Fullar Relicta et Unica Executrix intranominate jurat cosam mo.t The Executrix is dead dw/pa/5/1682/21
