I John Lipscomb the Elder of Horsell in the County of Surry Farmer 
doth give & devise unto my Son John Lipscomb the Younger all that 
Farm lands Houses & Premises called by the name of Drinas in the 
tithing of Knaphill in the Parish of Horsell & my Will is that he shall 
pay unto his Brother & Sisters out of the said Farm unto William 
Lipscomb one hundred and thirty Pounds & unto James Lipscomb 
two hundred & fifteen Pounds unto Sarah the wife of William 
Buckingham one hundred & seventy five Pounds unto Elizabeth the 
wife of James Stedman one hundred & seventy five Pounds also unto 
Mary the wife of Thomas Merrick two hundred & seventy five 
Pounds also Jane the wife of William Stone two hundred & seventy 
five Pounds & unto Martha the wife of Jonathan or Baldwin Balding 
fifty Pounds & all to be paid within one year of my decease unto Ann 
Lipscomb all my Stock Crops Goods & Farming Utensils & everything 
belonging to the Farm where I now reside unto Martha or Baldwin 
Balding aforesaid I give ten Pounds a year during the life or lives of 
Martha or Jonathan or Baldwin Balding Hersbuand [sic - I suspect this 
was ?her husband? and was misread by the clerk] & after their deaths 
I give & bequeath unto the Child or Children of Martha Balding two 
hundred and twenty Pounds of good & lawful money of Great Britain 
& that I do appoint John William & James Lipscomb my trustees & 
sole Executors this is my last Will and Testament dated seventh Day 
July Eighteen hundred twenty five the mark of John Lipscomb

Proved at London 3d May 1826 before the Worshipful Henry Vame 
Salisbury Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oaths of John 
Lipscomb William Lipscomb and James Lipscomb the Sons the 
Executors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly 
to administer.
