In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Collyer of Woaking in the County of Surry Widow being in sound and disposing mind and memory praised be God do make my last Will and Testament in manner Following First I commit my soul to Almighty God and my body I commit to the earth to be Buried at the discretion of my Executrixes here after named I give and bequeath unto my Grandson William Gray Five Pounds at One year after my Decese I give and bequeath unto my Grandson John Gray Five Pounds at One year after my Decese I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Sarah Gray Five Pounds at One year after my Decese I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Jane Gray Five Pounds at her age of Twenty one years I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Henry Gray Five Pounds at his age of Twenty one years I give and bequeath unto my Grandson James Gray Five Pounds at his age of Twenty one years But if either of them should dye before the same shall be come payable as aforesaide Then I will that the same be paid unto the survivors or survivor of them I give and bequeath unto my Two daughters Jane Collyer the wife of Henry Collyer of Chobham and Also to Ann Taylor Wife of William Taylor of Horsell both in the County of Surry and to their Heirs for ever all that moiety or third part of my Freehold Messuage or Tenement in the parish of Shepperton in the County of Middlesex in the occupation of William Purdy or his Assigns And also all that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement in the parish of Woaking in the County of Surry in my own occupation which I have first surrendered to the use of my last Will and Testament and also all that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement in the parish of Bisley in the said County of Surry lying near Chattering rue which I have first surrendered to the use of my last Will and Testament All which afore mentioned lands Messuages Tenements and Premesses here before mentioned I give to my two before mentioned Daughters Jane Collyer and Ann Tayler and there Heirs for ever equaly part and share a like and all my goods and personal Effects what so ever that I am possessed of at the time of my Decese I give unto my two Daughters Jane Collyer and Ann Tayler equaly to be deveyded between them share and share alike I do hereby Nominate and appoint my two Daughters Jane Collyer and Ann Tayler Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament they paying all my Just Debts and expences and I do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament and revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my Will set my hand and seale this twenty sixth Day of April in the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven the mark of + Sarah Collyer Signed sealed published and Declared by the said Sarah Collyer the Testatrix to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have here to Subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testator William Collyer Aled.r Dover Anthony Ives This will of Sarah Collyer late of the Parish of Woaking in the County of Surry deceased was proved on the seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Fifty Eight before the Reverend Cornelius Jeal Clerk s Surrogate by the Oaths of Jane Collyer and Ann Taylor the Executrixes to whom administration was granted being first sworn faithfully to administer. dw/pa/5/1758/14
