The last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Farley of Wokeing in 
the County of Surry Spinster I give to Richard Humphrey of Wokeing 
afores.d Husbandman All that my parcell of meadow in Broadmead 
in the parish of Send in the sd County containing by estimation One 
Acre & a Quarter being Twofold  And also all those my three Rod 
mea  ls of Meadow in Mill cream  held of the Mannor of Wokeing 
being Coppyhold & surrendered  by & uses of my will also all other 
my Land whatsoever & wheresoever To have & to hold to him his 
heirs & Assigns  I give t ye sd Richard Humphrey all my personal 
Estate subject to the paym.t of my debts  I revoak all former wills & 
make him the sd Richard Humphrey sole Executor In Testimony 
whereof I have here unto set my hand and seale the Eighth day of 
January 1747 Elizabeth Farley her mark 
Signed sealed published & declared by the sd Elizabeth Farley the 
Testatrix in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as 
Witnesses in her presence

This will of Elizabeth Farley late of Woking in the County of Surry 
Spinster deceased was proved on the nineteenth day of May in the 
Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Forty Nine 
(pending the annual Visitation) before the Worshipful Robert 
Chapman Doctor of Laws a Surrogate by the Oath of Richard 
Humphrey the sole Executor To whom administration was granted 
being first sworn duly to administer.
