In the Name of God Amen I John Inwood of Horsell in the County of Surry Yeoman being of good health and understanding thanks be to God for the same Doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say first and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body I order to be buried decently at the discretion of my Executor and Trustees hereafter named and as touching my Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to blesse me I give and dispose thereof as followeth Inp.is Whereas I have already made a Provision for the maintenance of Mary my Wife, I therefore hereby give her only five Guineas in Gold Item Whereas I have some time since executed a Surrender To the uses of this my Will (amongst other things) of one parcel of Meadow with the appurtenances called Oxmeade containing by estimation two acres of Land and one Close of arrable Land with the appurtenances thereto adjoining containing by estimation Three acres more or less in Goldworth within the Mannor of Wokeing in the said County of Surry Now I do hereby give and devise the said Lands and premises unto my Son John his Heirs and assigns for ever But my Will is That out of the same or out of my personal Estate Hee or his Heirs or assigns shall pay unto my daughters Mary and Jane the summe of Fifty pounds a piece when they shall respectively attaine their respective ages of four and Twenty years and in case the same shall not be paid accordingly Then I give and devise the same Copyhold Lands and premises To my said Daughters and their Heirs untill the same moneys with the Charges in and about the same shall be fully paid and satifyed Item Whereas also I have some time since executed one other Surrender according to the Custome of the Mannor of Crondall in the County of Southton of one Copyhold Messuage one Garden one Orchard and half a yard Land with the appurtenances in Hawley late in the tenure of John Pratt one Close whereof is called Knaprell one other Closed called Brodycroft one Close called Long close croft one Close called Burcroft one Close called Verny Croft and one Meadow called Five acres Meadow with the appurtenances in South wood And one parcel of Meadow called Beale Meade containing one acre more or less with th' appurts in Hawley aforesaid and also all other my Copyhold Lands and Tenements within the Mannour and Hundred of Crondall aforesaid To the uses of this my Will Now I do hereby Give and devise the same Copyhold Lands and premises unto my son James his Heires and assignes for ever Item Whereas I have likewise some time since executed one other Surrender of One yard Land being Bond land and of certain Purpesture Lands containing by Estimation seven acres in the Tything of Frinsham within the Mannor of Farnham in the said County of Surry To the use of my Selfe for Life Remainder to my said Wife Mary for her Life with Remainder to the uses of my Will Now I do hereby Give and devise the same Lands and premises unto my son Richard his Heires and assignes for ever and Whereas in and by the said first mentioned Surrender I did likewise Surrender To the uses of this my Will all that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement situate and being in White Street in Wokeing aforesaid with the Barns Stables and Buildings thereto belonging and also Seven Closes of arable Lands thereto adjoyning containing by estimation Four and Thirty acres more or lesse late in the tenure of Richard Huntingford or his assigns Now I do hereby Give and devise the said last mentioned Copyhold Messuage Lands and premises unto my said son Richard his Heires and assignes for ever Item I give unto my said daughter Mary the summe of Two hundred pounds of Lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid her at her age of One and Twenty yeares out of my personal Estate and I do hereby make noe other Provision for my said Daughter Jane then as aforesaid because I have ordered Two hundred pounds to be paid her at her age of one and Twenty yeares out of my Freehold Estates in Horsell and Wokeing aforesaid which I have by deed and Fine setled on my said son John and his Heirs after my decease subject to the payment thereof and of four pounds a yeare to my said Wife for her Life Item all other my Goods Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever I give and devise unto my said son John whom I make sole Executor of this my last Will But if it please God I dye in the Minority of my said Son John and before he shall be capable of undertaking the Executorshipp Then I doe hereby appoint my loveing Friends William Collyer of Napps in the Parish of Horsell aforesaid yeoman and Henry Roake of Horsell aforesaid yeoman Executors in Trust for my said son John dureing such his Minority hereby desiring them to see to this my Will performed and for their paines therein I give to each of them Ten Shillings In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the seventeenth day of March
