In the name of God Amen I Richard Vincent of Horsell in the County of Surry Being of sound and perfect Mind and Memory blessed by almighty God for the same do make and Publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I desire to be buried by Daylight in the vault belonging to my late Grandfather in the Parish Church of Stoke-next-Guildford in the County of Surry as to my burial I do desire it may be decent at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named As to my worldly Estate I will and positively order that all my debts be paid I give and bequeath to that Child born illegitimate of the Body of Elizabeth Blanch Daughter of ________ Blanch Gelder in Cranley in the County of Surry which she swore to one Lee the sum of Five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain I give devise and bequeath unto my three Friends hereafter named that is to say to John Honer of Grove Barns Robert Dover of Kittlewell both in the Parish of Horsell in the said County of Surrey and Richard Fladgate of Cross Lands in the Parish of Woking in the County of Surrey all my Real and Personal Estates of whatever kind or nature soever wherein I have any disposing power to hold to the said John Honer Robert Dover and Richard Fladgate or their Executors and Administrators in trust for my beloved Daughter Mary Hone Vincent until she attains the age of twenty one years for the use hereafter mentioned that is to say for the Education and bringing up my said Daughter Mary Hone Vincent I hereby further impower the said John Honer Robert Dover and Richard Fladgate Trustees to Let on Lease or otherwise my said Estates until my said Daughter Mary Hone Vincent shall attain the age of twenty one years and no longer she then to be put in full possession of the said Estates both real and personal To have and to hold to her the said Mary Hone Vincent her Heirs and assigns for ever Reserving only that Farm with that Messuage or Tenement Stables Barns Outhouses Orchard Garden and several Pieces or Parcels of Land Arable Meadow and Pasture Grounds adjoining and thereunto belonging to the said Farm commonly called or known by the Name of Grove Barrs situate lying and being in the Parish of Horsell in the County of Surrey and now in the occupation of John Honer with the Interests and Profits thereon or therefrom arising for the sole use and Benefit of my said Daughter Mary Hone Vincent and which shall not be liable to the Control or to discharge the Debts or Engagements of any Husband she shall intermarry with and if my said Daughter should die before she attains the age of twenty one years I give devise and bequeath all and every my said real and personal Estates of whatever kind or nature soever unto my Friend John Honer of Grove Barrs of the Parish of Horsell in the County of Surry To have and to hold to him the said John Honer his Heirs and assigns for ever I further Will and order that a Monument be erected over the vault to the memory of my Grandfather and Grandmother and myself I also give and bequeath unto my said three Friends John Honer Robert Dover and Richard Fladgate the sum of ten pounds of lawful Money each over and above all costs and Charges they may be at in Executing the Trust reposed in them And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint John Honer of Grove Barrs Robert Dover of Kittlewell both in the Parish of Horsell in the County of Surry and Richard Fladgate of Cross Lands in the Parish of Woking in the County of Surry Executors of this my last Will and Testament wrote upon two sheets of paper hereby revoking all and every former Will by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal to each and every sheet of paper this eleventh day of October in the twenty fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four Richard Vincent Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Richard Vincent the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses in the presence of the Testator and of each other James Street, James Street Jun.r John Goring This Will was proved at London the twenty seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four before the Worshipful Andrew Goltee Durarel Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of John Honer one of the Executors named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn duly to administer Power reserved of making the like Grant to Robert Dover and Richard Fladgate the other Executors named in the said Will when they or either of them shall apply for the same.
