perfyte in rememberanc laude and prayse be unto almyghtie god 
maketh & ordayneth this my p.sent testament containyng my last 
wyll in maner & forme folloing fyrst & principallie I comend my Soull 
to god allmyghtie my maker & redeemer to our ladye saynet Mari & 
to all the hollie co.panie of in heaven my bodie to be burryed in the 
church yard of Woeking aforesayd Item I geve to the mother Church 
of Wynchester ijd I geve to the church my pishe of Woekyng ijd  I 
give and bequethe to Thomas Chylld my brother four bushells of Rye 
& my violet cote & my new sossan  Item I gebe to Rychard Chylld my 
brother  my rysse cote & my best cap  Item I bequeth to An Predham 
my mayde on bullock yt came of Thomas Gylles Loves cow Item I 
geve to Elisabeth Chylld my god daughter a yew & a lam  Item I geve 
to the rest of my godchildren ech of theym iiijd the resydue of all my 
goods & catells not by me bequeathed my detts & funerall expences 
payd I geve & bequeath to Elisabeth my wyffe whom I make the 
Executryx  of this my wyll to dyspose for my fowle as she shall thynk 
most expedient also I ordayne & make John at wood the overseer of 
the same wyll to seit fullfylled acccordynglie wytnesses John Sherret
