This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Williams of Wokeing in the County of Surrey Victualler I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Hannah Williams and her Heirs all and every my freehold and copyhold messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situate lying and being to which I am or may be entitled whether in possession reversion remainder expectancy or otherwise howsoever To have and to hold the same unto and to the use of my said wife Hannah Williams her Heirs and Assigns for ever And I give and bequeath unto my said wife Hannah Williams All my personal Estate and Effects of every sort and kind To hold the same unto my said wife Hannah Williams her executors administrators and assigns to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences And I nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Hannah Williams sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare these Presents only to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Williams the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the first day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight William Williams Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Williams the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses Joseph Hockley _ Joseph Hockley Jun.r _ E A Taylor Proved at London 22nd May 1833 before the Worshipful John Danbury Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Hannah Williams Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
