Memorandum that on or about the Thirteenth day of March In the 
Six and Twentyth yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles 
the Second by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and 
Ireland King Defender of the Faith &r  And in the yeare of our Lord 
One Thousand Six Hundred Seaventy and Three  Philipp Weston of 
Sutton in the Parishe of Woking in the County of Surrey Gent being 
in perfect mind and memory did make his last Will and Testament  
nuncupative in these or words to the like in effect following  Viz.t  He 
the said Phillipp Weston did declare and say I give all my Estate to 
my brother John Weston Esquire from whome I had it Charging it 
with all my Debts And I bequeath my Two Horses to my Nephew 
Richard Weston Gent  And I give Elizabeth Brinley Forty Shillings  
And to those that have watched with me something And this was 
said and declared in the presence of  Thomas Brinley and George 
Loe Credible Witnesses  Thomas Brimley George Loe.
