In the Name of God Amen I Mathew Wilson now living in the Parish of Woking in the County of Surry Brewers Clerk being of sound mind and Memory praised be to Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this to be as and for my last Will and Testament In the first place I commend my Soul into the Hand of Almighty God hoping through the Merits and Mediation of Jesus Christ my blessed Lord and Saviour to have my to have my [sic] free pardon and Remission of all my Sins and inherit Everlasting Life and my Body to be buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as to my [sic] the Estate with which it hath pleased God to bless me I do dispose thereof as follows First I give and bequeath to so many of the Children of my late Sister Knight late of Harworth in the County of Nottingham as shall be then living at my Death two Guineas each Child Item I give and bequeath to so many of the Children of my Brother John Wilson late of Blythe in the County of Nottingham aforesaid as shall be then living at my Death two Guineas to each of his Children Item I give and bequeath to Elizabeth my Loving Wife a Annuity for Life payable half yearly the full Sum of One hundred and Eleven pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid by Orders out of the Exchequer bought by the Testator in the Year of Our Lord 1746 the number of the Annuity is: 60; assigned as by a Certificate number 4299 Item I also give and bequeath to my Loving Wife all my Plate Ready moneys Book debts Bonds Bills Notes of what nature or kind soever and also all my Household Goods and Chattels whatsoever and I do make constitute and appoint Elizabeth my Loving Wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made declaring this to be my last Will and Testament this the third day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and Forty nine _ Mat Wilson _ Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testator before us Witnesses _ Richard Irving _ Edw.d Lawford _ Ann Lawford. This Will was proved at London before the Worshipfull Richard Smalbrook Doctor of Laws Surrogate to the Right Worshipfull John Bettesworth also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted On the twentyeth day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty nine by the Oath of Elizabeth Wilson Widow the Relict of the deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will To whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased being first sworn duly to Administer.
