This is the last Will and Testament of me Deborah Timbs of Leigh Street Southwark in the County of Surrey Widow I direct that all my just debts and funeral & testamentary expences be paid & satisfied and after payment and satisfaction thereof I give and bequeath all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever that I shall die possessed of interested in or entitled unto equally between all and every my Sons and Daughters William Timbs John Timbs Mary Timbs Deborah Timbs and Elizabeth Timbs share and share alike and not as joint tenants And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Friends John Goddard of Sharp Lane London Manufacturerer and Francis Thompson now or late of Charles Street City Road in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me any time heretofore made and do declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Deborah Timbs the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this first day of April one thousand eight hundred and twenty four.
