This is the last Will and Testament of me Michael Waterer of Knapp Hill in the Parish of Horsell in the County of Surrey Nurseryman whereby I dispose of my worldly Estate and Effects as follows that is to say I direct my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences to be paid out of the entirety of my real and personal Estates hereinafter given and disposed of I give and devise all those my freehold Nursery Grounds situate lying and being at Knapp Hill in the parish of Horsell in the County of Surrey unto my youngest Brother Hosea Waterer of Knapp Hill aforesaid To hold the same with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Hosea Waterer his heirs and assigns for ever But subject to all mortgages and other existing Incumbrances thereon and also subject as hereinafter mentioned I also give and devise unto the said Hosea Waterer all and every my Freehold cottages wheresoever situate (save and except such as are hereinafter otherwise disposed of) unto my said youngest Brother Hosea Waterer To hold the same unto him the said Hosea Waterer his heirs and assigns for ever But subject as hereinafter mentioned I give and bequeath all and singular my stock in and Implements and utensils of trade of every kind and description now used by me on the said Nursery grounds at Horsell aforesaid unto my Brother said Hosea Waterer to and for his own absolute use and benefit But it is my wish and I hereby declare my will to be that the said Business of a Nurseryman now and hitherto carried on by me on the said Grounds at Knapp Hill shall be continued as heretofore and be carried on by my said youngest Brother Hosea Waterer as heretofore for the benefit support and maintenance of himself and of such Branches of my family as have hitherto been and still are supported and maintained by me out of the said Nursery at Knapp Hill I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Sarah Waterer an Annuity or clear yearly sum of seventy pounds and I charge the same on the before mentioned Estates so devised to the said Hosea Waterer and I direct the same to be paid to her the said Sarah Waterer by the said Hosea Waterer his heirs or assigns yearly and every year during her life in four equal quarterly payments the first quarterly payment to commence and be made on the quarter day next after my decease I also give and bequeath unto my said dear wife one of my Cottages to hold to her for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease I give and devise the same unto the said Hosea Waterer his heirs and assigns for ever and I direct that my said dear Wife may make choice of such one of the said Cottages to dwell in for her life as aforesaid as she may think proper (save and except my cottage in which I now reside) I also give and bequeath unto my said dear wife Sarah Waterer so much of my household goods and furniture as may be sufficient to comfortably furnish the said Cottage so bequeathed to her for her life and I direct that she may be at liberty to choose for herself and to select such articles of furniture as she may think proper I give and devise all those my freehold Nursery Grounds situate lying and being at Bagshot in the parish of Windlesham in the County of Surrey unto my Brother John Waterer of Bagshot aforesaid Nurseryman to hold the same with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him my said Brother John Waterer his heirs and assigns for ever But subject to all existing mortgages and Incumbrances thereon I also give and bequeath unto my said Brother John Waterer all and singular my stock in and Implements and utensils of trade of every kind and description now used by me on the said Nursery grounds at Bagshot aforesaid to and for his own absolute use and benefit But I direct that the said Business shall be still carried on by him for the benefit support and maintenance of himself and of such Branches of my family as have hitherto been and now are supported and maintained thereout by me I give and devise all those my freehold Garden and Orchard lands with the two cottages thereon called the Mounts situate at Knapp Hill in the parish of Horsell in the County of Surrey aforesaid unto my eldest Brother William Waterer to hold to him the said William Waterer his heirs and assigns forever and all the Rest and Residue of my real and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate and of what nature or kind soever the same shall or may consist at my decease I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said youngest Brother Hosea Waterer To hold to him the said Hosea Waterer his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever according to the different natures or qualities thereof respectively and for all my Estate term and Interest respectively therein And I hereby nominate and appoint my Brother the said Hosea Waterer and my Brother James Waterer of Chertsey in the County of Surrey Auctioneer joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I hereby revoke and make void all former Wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Michael Waterer the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this and the preceding sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twenty ninth
