This is the last Will and Testament of me James Shears of Woking in the County of Surrey Husbandman I give and bequeath unto my Son Edward Shears my wearing apparel Clock box or Chest and all my working Tools to and for his own absolute use and benefit And all the Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate and Effects monies and all other my property whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my Son Edward Shears and my daughter Mary Ann Shears equally share and share alike subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses And I nominate and appoint George Bailey of White Rose Woking Executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the ninth day of October one thousand eight hundred and fifty _ James Shears _ Signed by the above named Testator James Shears and declared by him to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
