The Homage also present the Will of the said Mary Hill dated the sixth day of 
March one thousand eight hundred and sixty five the original whereof is now 
produced and read in open Court whereby she gave and devised unto her Son 
James his heirs and assigns All that her copyhold messuage or tenement 
garden ground and pieces or parcels of arable Land thereunto adjoining and 
belonging containing in the whole by estimation two acres and a half more or 
less situate lying and being in the Parish of Bisley then in the occupation of 
herself and the said James Hill To hold the same unto and to the use of her said 
Son James Hill his heirs and assigns for ever.
