?I give and devise unto my said Wife Eliza Street All that my Copyhold 
Messuage or tenement garden ground with all the appurtenances thereunto 
belonging Also three pieces or parcels of land containing in the whole by 
estimation six acres more or less all situate lying and being in the parish of 
Bisley aforesaid and now in my own occupation To hold the same unto and to 
the use of my said Wife Eliza Street her heirs and assigns for ever according to 
the custom of the Manor of Bisley aforesaid?
