The last Will and Testament of me Richard Walden of the Parish of Send in the County of Surrey Blacksmith First I Desire to be decently Interred at the Discretion of my dear and loving Wife Elizabeth Walden my Executrix hereinafter named and after payment of my just Debts and Funeral Expences I give devise and bequeath all my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and Personal unto my said Wife Elizabeth Walden her Heirs Executors administrators and assigns absolutely for ever and I do hereby make nominate Constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Walden sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Testator Richard Walden have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this twelfth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and three Rich.d Wallden Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Richard Walden the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have set and subscribed our names as Witnesses Stephen Chandler George Bailey William Lambart 2d March 1810 Elizabeth Wallden (in the will written Walden) of the Parish of Send in the County of Surrey the Widow and Sole Executrix of Richard Wallden the Testator within named deceased was duly sworn to Execute the within Will according to Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattles Rights credits and Personal Estate of the said deceased do not amount in ?????e to five hundred pounds before me WH Cole Surrogate [Testator died 2d Dec.r 1809] This Will of Richard Wallden otherwise Walden late of the Parish of Send in the County of Surrey deceased was proved on the Sixth day of March in the year of our Lord 1810 before the Reverend William Hodgson Cole Clerk a Surrogate by the Oath of Elizabeth Wallden (in the will written Walden) Widow the Relict of the deceased and Sole Executrix herein named to whom Admon was granted she having been first sworn duly to administer.
