In the Name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of me William Tegg of the Parish of Pyrford in the County of Surry Farmer revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made or executed In the first place I give and bequeath unto my Son Bartholomew Tegg all and every of that my Messuage or tenement together with the garden orchard Plot of land out buildings with all and every of the appurtenances thereunto belonging containing by estimation two acres be the same more or less being freehold laying near the lane and leading to the Pyrford Stone for his own use and benefit I also give and bequeath unto my Son William Tegg all and every of that my Messuage or tenement together with the garden orchard Plot of land out buildings with all and every of the appurtenances thereunto belonging and two acres of land adjoining the former for his own use and benefit provided nevertheless my said Sons Bartholomew and William shall pay or cause to be paid to my Widow Ann Tegg the customary parts of my said Estates within twelve months after my decease likewise I direct that my two said Sons shall pay to my daughter Mary P...... and my daughter Frances the sum of five pounds each and for the well and trus performance of the same I nominate and appoint my said two Sons before mentioned Bartholomew and William full and sole Executors of this my Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one _ William Tegg X his Mark (Attestation Clause) Benjamin Cooper _ Peter Grove _ George Bolton Proved at London 12 March 1830 PCC Prob11/1769
