This is the last Will and Testament of me Isaac Gosden of Bullrowzen Farm in Bisley in the County of Surrey Farmer after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Mary Ann Gosden the house and land belonging to me and situated at Knaphill in the said County the land comprising forty rods more or less And as to the residue and remainder of all my real and personal estate I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said Wife the said Mary Ann Gosden I wish the house and other effects named above to be at my Wife?s sole use and disposal feeling sure she will do everything that may be for the advantage of our daughter Emma Mary Gosden but should anything occur to prevent my said wife making such necessary arrangements during her lifetime I desire that her interest in this my last Will may be transferred to our said daughter Emma Mary Gosden And I hereby appoint my father John Gosden and my wife Mary Ann Gosden or the survivor of them Executors of this my Will As witness my hand this twenty seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine.
