In the Name of God Amen I James Tidy of the Parish of Ewhurst in the County of Surrey Farmer being in health of body and of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament at the same time utterly revoking all former wills declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament Firstly I give and bequeath to my sons James Tidy William Tidy and James Upfold of the Parish of Cranley the sum of five pounds each for there trouble as herein after specified Next I order and direct that the bees are to be equally divided between my three sons and one daughter also I order and direct that a sale be made of all my lands messuages tenements stock tackel household goods and everything which I may die possessed of or belonging to me be sold or devided when my son David Tidy attains the age of twenty one years Next after all my just debts and funeral expences are fully paid I give and bequeath All the rest residue and remainder of my Effects in money whatsoever it may be unto my three sons and one daughter namely James William Ann and David share and share alike to be equally devided amongst all Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my sons James William and James Upfold sole Executors of this my last will and testament who as aforesaid shall have the sume of five pounds each for there trouble In witness whereof I the said James Tidy have hereunto set my hand and seale this 18th day of May in the yeare of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five ?
