This is the last Will and Testament of me James Tidy of 
Cobham in the County of Surry victualler I give all my 
Money in the Public ffunds or on other Security and all my live 
Stock Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and 
wheresoever unto my Daughter Mary the Wife of Nicholas 
Foster her Executors and Administrators And I hereby 
nominate and appoint the said Nicholas ffoster Executor of this 
my Will and I hereby revoke all former and other will and wills 
by me made and declare this only to be my last will and 
Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and Seal the first day of December in the Year of our Lord One
