Providence Place Walworth Common in the Parish of 
Saint Mary Newington in the County of Surrey Widow 
being sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and 
understanding praised be God for the same do make this my 
last will and testament in manner and form following ffirst I will 
and desire that I may be decently buried at the discretion of 
my Executor hereinafter named And I give and bequeath unto 
my sister Ann Susan Collins the Wife of Samuel Collins of 
No 30 Laystall Street Grays Inn Lane in the County of 
Middlesex all my clothes and wearing apparel also I give and 
bequeath to my said sister Ann Susan Collins the sum of fifteen 
pounds sterling money being part of my monies in the Savings 
Bank in Three Crown Court Square in the Borough of 
Southwark to and for her own use and benefit Also I give and 
bequeath unto Rosina Collins the daughter of my said sister 
Ann Susan Collins the sum of Twenty pounds sterling money 
being other part of my said Savings Bank in Three Crown Court 
Square in the Borough of Southwark aforesaid to and for her 
own use and benefit all the rest and residue of my money 
goods chattels estate and effects of what nature or kind soever 
and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same unto 
John Gandy of No 5 Providence Place Walworth Common 
in the said Parish of Saint Mary Newington in the County 
of Surrey aforesaid Gentleman to hold the same unto the 
said John Gandy his executors administrators and assigns And I 
do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John 
Gandy sole Executor of this my last Will and testament hereby 
revoking and making void all and every other will and wills at 
any time heretofore by me made I do declare this to be my last 
will and testament set and subscribed my hand this twenty 
second day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand
