This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Woolnough of Smiths Terrace Battersea in the County of Surrey Widow I appoint Samuel Smith of Smiths Terrace Battersea in the said County of Surrey Licensed Victualler sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will as likewise Guardian of my Child James Woolnough during his minority I give and bequeath all the property whether real or personal in possession remainder or expectancy of which I may die possessed of or entitled to unto my said Executor the said Samuel Smith his executors administrators or assigns Upon the trusts following that is to say Upon trust to apply the interest thereof or such portion of the principal as he may deem advisable for the education maintenance or advancement in life of my said Child during his minority and then Upon trust to pay to my said Child on his attaining his majority such portion of the said interest and principal as may not have been expended by my said trustee in the trust of this my Will and hereby revoking all former Wills heretofore made by me I publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament As witness my hand this sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven A Woolnough (Attestation Clause) Mary Ann Pope Battersea _ Ann Fuller Proved at London 4 May 1857 PCC Prob11/2252
