This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Waller of 
Linkfield Street Red Hill near Reigate in the County of 
Surrey Shoemaker I give devise and bequeath all and 
singular my copyhold house Garden and orchard with the 
appurtenances thereto belonging situate at Linkfield Street 
aforesaid and now in my own occupation held of the Manor of        
And all other my Estate and Effects both real and personal 
whatsoever and wheresoever or to which I shall be seized 
possessed or entitled or capable of disposing at the time of my 
death unto my son Thomas Waller of Mason Street Old 
Kent Road in the said County of Surrey Gentleman and 
my nephew Thomas Waller of Church Court Inner 
Temple Lane in the City of London to hold the same unto 
my said son Thomas Waller and my said nephew Thomas 
Waller their heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever 
according to the respective nature thereof as tenants in 
common and not as joint tenants and I hereby nominate 
constitute and appoint my said son Thomas Waller and my said 
nephew Thomas Waller Executors of this my Will hereby 
revoking and making void all other and former Wills by me at 
any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last 
Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my 
hand this sixteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord one
