This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Tickner of 
Milford in the Parish of Witley in the County of Surrey 
Single Woman as follows I give and bequeath to my sister 
Jane the Wife of George Coleman of Effingham in the said 
County of Surrey Farmer the sum of three hundred pounds 
sterling to be paid to her within three calendar months next 
after my death And I give devise and bequeath all my real 
estate if any and All other my Personal Estate property and 
effects of every kind and description subject nevertheless to 
the payment out of my said residuary personal estate of all my 
debts and funeral and testamentary expenses unto my 
nephew and niece William Ireland of Milford aforesaid 
Gentleman and Sarah Harris of Odiham in the County of 
Southampton widow equally between them share and share 
alike and to their respective heirs executors and administrators 
And I nominate and appoint the said William Ireland and Sarah 
Harris Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and 
Testament In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand 
this seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and forty eight Elizabeth Tickner
