This is the last Will and Testament of me Louisa Scawen formerly of Reigate in the County of Surrey but latterly residing at Limpsfield in the said County I wish to be buried in Limpsfield Church Yard or in any other County Church Yard near where I may happen to be at the time of my decease with as little expence as with propriety I can to Mr Scawen Blunt & his Sister & to Col Wyndham Mrs Blunt & her daughter Miss Marianne Blunt & Mrs Stedman & to the Revd Henry Blunt & Mr Jasper Blunt ten pounds each in lieu of a ring to each I leave to my attentive Servant Jane Devonshire thirty pounds clear of legacy tax & all my Cloths & what wages are due to her at the time of my decease I desire my books furniture & carriage to be sold & after all the above very small legacies & ten pounds to Lady Catherine & to Lady Susan Bathurst & my funeral expences are paid & whatever little may remain to give to my Godson William Louis Collins having already given some little remembrance to his Mother Mrs Collins for her constant kind attentions to me I desire & hope Mrs Chute will do me the favour to be the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament written with my own hand this twenty ninth day of May one thousand eight hundred & thirty seven & I hereby revoke all former Wills ? my legacy to William Louis Collins to be free of legacy tax _ Sign?d seal?d & declar?d by the above named Testatrix Louisa Scawen as her last Will and Testament in presence of _ Louisa Scawen ?
