In the Name of God Amen I Noah Sheffield of Kingston upon Thames in the County of Surrey being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following I direct that all just debts Funeral and testamentary charges and expences shall be fully satisfied and discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give unto Sarah Redburn the youngest daughter of my late Wife the sum of thirty pounds Sterling All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects both real and personal of what nature and kind soever or wheresoever that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease but subject as aforesaid I give devise and bequeath unto my Sons David Noah Lazarus Job and Abraham Ismael Sheffield and my daughter Mary Ann Burrel in equal shares and proportions to hold to them their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said sons Noah and Lazarus Job Sheffield as Executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me heretofore made And I hereby request for the better disposing of my Property for the benefit of my said sons and daughter that my said Executors only shall have power and liberty to dispense and sell all and every part of my said property which shall be done within twelve months after my decease and all monies and every thing whatsoever so realized or produced to be equally divided as aforesaid In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty first day of March One thousand Eight Hundred and thirty four Noah Sheffield (Attestation Clause) Charles Mears Taylor Kingston _ Alfred Walter Kingston _ Riley H Wilson Kingston upon Thames Proved at London 16 February 1835 PCC Prob11/1843
