This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Scrugham of Dorking in the County of Surry Widow I desire in the first place that all my just Debts ffuneral expences and the charges of proving this my Will be fully paid I give to each of my following Brothers and Sisters namely Jonathan Pullen William Pullen Thomas Pullen James Pullen Elizabeth Brown Wife of James Brown and Hannah Johnston Wife of John Johnston the Sum of ten pounds each to be paid them respectively within six months next after my decease and I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Niece Mary Nicholls all my monies in the funds and all other my money and securities for money and all my Stock in Trade household Goods and furniture Plate Linen China and Effects of household Wearing apparel and all other my Personal Estate and Effects not hereinbefore otherwise bequeathed To hold the same and every part thereof unto her my said Niece Mary Nicholls for her own absolute use and benefit And I constitute and appoint her the said Mary Nicholls sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of August in the year of our Lord 1820 Ann Scrugham (Attestation Clause) Tho: Hart _ Alexander Hart Dorking Proved at London 2 December 1824 PCC Prob11/1693
