In the Name of God Amen I John Warren of the Parish of Sunbury in the County of Middlesex Waterman do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say first I commend my Soul in the Hands of Almighty God and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as for such Worldly Goods and Estate wherewith it hath Pleased God to bless me my Just Debts and ffuneral Expences as being thereon first Paid and discharged I give devise and bequeath the same as followeth I give devise and bequeath all that my Copyhold or Customary Messuage or Tenement and Yard with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Situate Standing and being in the Mannor of Sunbury aforesaid and abutting Northward on the King?s Highway Eastward on Joseph Thetcher PerukeMaker Southward on the River Thames and Westward on William Goodwin all which said Premises were late in the Possession of my Aunt Mary Blundell otherwise Blundell deceased and is now in my own Possession unto my loving Wife Mary Warren for and during all the full time and Term of her natural Life and from and immediately after the Decease of my said Wife Mary Warren that then I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Nephew Christopher Taylor and to his Heirs Male only forever by him lawfully begotten or to be begotten the Elder of such Heirs Male always to be Preferred and to take Place before the Younger of such Heirs Male and if the said Christopher Taylor shall happen to Dye without leaving any Heir or Heirs Male by him lawfully begotten or to be begotten as aforesaid then and in that Case I give devise and bequeath I give devise and bequeath the same unto my own Right Heirs and assigns forever I also give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Estate and Estates real and Personal or of what nature or kind soever together with all my Shop and Household Goods Plate Money and all Debts due and owing unto me at the time of my decease of Bond Book or otherwise and all other my goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said loving Wife Mary Warren unto and for her own Proper use behoof and Benefit forever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and Lastly I do hereby make nominate Constitute and appoint my said Wife Mary Warren full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do hereby declare this to be my only last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Warren have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Twenty Second Day of July in the Twenty fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and ffifty John Warren (Attestation Clause) John Osborn Charles Spencer Thos Wilkins Proved at London 19 September 1751
