This is the last Will and Testament of me George Martyr of Dorking in the County of Surrey Cooper I desire in the first place that all my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will be fully paid I give and bequeath unto my good friend George Eives of Dorking in the County of Surrey Tallow Chandler my Executor hereinafter named all my Goods monies securities for money and Personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same may be situate Upon Trust to pay and I hereby bequeath the same as follows that is to say three eighth parts thereof unto my Aunt Rhoda Martyr two eighth parts thereof unto my uncle Thomas Martyr two eighth parts thereof unto my uncle John Martyr and the remaining one eighth part thereof unto my uncle James Martyr And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said George Eives Executor of this my Will & I do hereby revoke all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I the said George Martyr have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine George Martyr (Attestation Clause) Jno Kent Solr Dorking Geo Rich Dorking Proved at London 15 August 1839 PCC Prob11/1815
