This is the last Will and Testament of me Jemima Scaife Widow of John Robert Scaife of East Moulsey in the County of Surrey I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Son Bryan Wiffin Mullins of Moulsey aforesaid now assisting me in my business there (subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences ) to and for his sole use and benefit all and every my household furniture linen and wearing apparel plate china horses and carriages and all my stock in trade and every sum and sums of money which may be found in my house or be due to me at the time of my decease and also all my stocks funds and securities for money And all and every other my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever real and personal whether in possession or reversion remainder and expectancy to and for the sole use and benefit of the said Bryan Wiffin Mullins his heirs and assigns for ever And I nominate constitute and appoint the said Bryan Wiffin Mullins to be sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have set my hand the twenty fourth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty two J Scaife (Attestation Clause) J.
