This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Summers of No 8 John Street Christ Church Blackfriars Road in the County of Surrey ffirst I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and secondly I give devise and bequeath unto Mary Ann Wolfe my bed and 2 pillows one large bonnet box with all it contains one papered trunk with all it contains Thirdly I give devise and bequeath unto Johanna Jones 2 wooden boxes with all they contain also one bolster 2 pairs of sheets and 2 pairs of pillow cases and one quilt one bedstead also one bedstead and hangings 4 blankets one quilt one bedstead and hangings one quilt one table 2 chairs belong to Mrs Crabb I wish them to be returned as soon as possible after my decease And I do nominate and appoint Mr William Bailey of Charlotte Street to be Executor of this my will and hereby revoking all former or other wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last will and testament I also give and bequeath unto Margaret ffarmer the sum of 8 pounds for mourning if that sum remain after all my just debts be paid I also give devise and bequeath unto the aforesaid Mary Ann Wolfe and Johanna Jones to be equally divided between them all and every sum and sums of money which may be in my house about my person or which may be due to me at the time of my decease and also all other my monies invested in stock funds and securities for money on bonds bills or other securities the remainder of my furniture I give unto Mary Ann Wolfe In witness whereof I the said Sarah Summers have to this my last will and testament set my hand the 5 day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight John Whitehall Charlotte Whitehall Affidavit of due execution sworn by Charlotte Whitehall wife of John Whitehall of John Street Blackfriars Road in the County of Surrey on 30 November 1848 Proved 5 December 1848 PCC Prob11/2085
