This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Spooner of Horsell in the County of Surry Farmer I nominate and appoint my Son John Spooner sole Executor of this my Will who I direct to pay all just debts funeral and testamentary Expences as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath unto my said Son the the said John Spooner and my two Daughters Jane the wife of James Slyfield and Mary the Wife of Richard Gosden All and singular my Messuage or Tenement and land and all other my real estate whatsoever And also all my personal Estate Household Furniture Stock in Trade Goods Chattels Rights and Credits whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to them the said John Spooner Jane Slyfield and Mary Gosden and their respective Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever as Tenants in common thereof And revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my Will In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventh day of August One thousand Eight hundred & twentysix the mark of Thomas Spooner Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Thomas Spooner the testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses James Fladgate Durley Gazebrook Sam.l Reading Proved at London 23rd September 1828 before the Judge by the Oath of John Spooner the Son and sole Executor to whom admon was granted being first sworn by commission duly to Administer
