THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES WILL OF GWINN George Hairdresser of Ripley Surrey PRO 11/1717 Executed 8th June 1810 Proved 19 Oct 1826 This is the Last Will and Testament of me George GWINN of Ripley in the County of Surrey Hairdresser I give and bequeath unto my wife ANN GWINN all that sum of money which is left me on the death of Mrs HARRISON together with all my household furniture for and during the term of her natural life and after the decease of my said wife then I give the whole of the property together with all my effects to be equally divided them my children or the survivor or survivors and I appoint William STANTON of Ripley schoolmaster and John ISER of Byfleet in the County aforesaid Yeoman my Executors and I revoke all former wills by me made in testimony whereof I the said George GWINN have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this eighth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ten George Gwinn S/S the said George Gwinn the testator in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witness hereto Henry PLEDGER ~ James STANTON On the 19th Oct 1826 Admon (with the Will annexed) of the goods of George GWINN late of Ripley in the county of Surrey hairdresser deceased was committed and granted to Ann GWINN widow the relict of the said deceased and a legatee for life named in the said Will having been first sworn (by Commissioner) dult to Administer William STANTON and John ISER the executors having [ ?. ] and as residuary legatees being named until after the death of the said Ann GWINN.
