This is the last Will and Testament of me William Walker of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Yeoman as follows that is to say I give and Devise unto James Howard of the Parish of Horsell in the said County of Surrey Labourer and Jane his Wife and their heirs All that my freehold Messuage or Tenement with the Garden Ground Barn Land and Premises thereunto adjoining and belonging with the appurtenances situate in the said Parish of Bisley and now in my own occupation And also all other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever To hold the same unto and to the use of the said James Howard and Jane his wife their heirs and assigns for ever as joint Tenants and subject to the payment of all such Debts as I shall justly owe at the time of my decease together with my Funeral and Testemantary charges and expenses I give and bequeath all and singular my Personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto the said James Howard his executors administrators and assigns for his absolute use and benefit And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said James Howard sole Executor of this my Will and hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty six.
