This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Martin of the parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Laborer First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease And I give and bequeath unto my Wife Sarah Martin all my household furniture goods and stock of every description for her sole use and benefit And as to the monies now due to me and out at use and all other my estate and effects I give and bequeath the same unto my said Wife and my Son William Martin (my Executors hereinafter appointed) In trust to permit my said Wife to employ all my said Estate and Effects in and about her maintenance and support And in case she shall die without having expended all such Estate and Effects I request she will give and bequeath the same unto and among all my children in equal shares but this shall not be considered a Bequest and direction made by this my Will And I do nominate and appoint my said Wife and Son William Martin Executors of this my last Will and revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Richard Martin have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my name the eleventh day of May In the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one. Guildford John Wm Mitchell Clerk to Mr Rand This Will of Richard Martin late of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Laborer deceased was proved on the thirty first day of March 1847 before the Reverend Henry Ayling Clerk & Surrogate by the Oath of William Martin the Son and one of the Executors to whom administration was granted he having been first sworn duly to administer Power reserved of making the like grant to Sarah Martin Wo the Relict the other Executor when she shall apply for the same.
