In the name of God Amen the ninteenth day of February in the First yeare of the Reign of our gracious Sovereig Lord George the Second Over Great Brittain &t: Annoq Dom 1727 I William Hone of Naphill in the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surry Husbandman being sick and Wake in Boddy but of sound and Perfect mind and Memory (praise be to God) doe make and Ordeyn this my last Will and Testament in Manner and forme Following hereby Revoking & annulling all former and other Will or Wills by me heretofore made and this to be taken for my last Will and Testament and no other (that is to say) First and prencipally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and Redeemer hooping in and through the Merritts of Jesus Christ to be saved and my Boddy to the Earth from whence it came to be Desantly Buryed at the Discretion of my Executo hereafter named And as Touching such Temporall Estate as the Lord far above my Desarts hath Bestowed upon me my Will and meaning is the same shall be Imployed and Bestowed as hereafter in and by this my Will is Expressed And Whereas I have surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the Mannor of Pirfoord my Barns and the land theirunto belonging to the use of this my lastr Will and Testament Imprimis I Therefore Give Devise and Bequeath unto Mary my Beloved Wife All that my Copyhold Barns and all the Land thereunto belonging And allsoe all that my Freehold Messuage or tenement with the Gardens Oarchard and Backside with all and everyof the appurtenances theirunto belonging situate lying and being in the parish of Horsell in the County of Surry And allsoe all the Great and prediall Tythes of Corne Graine Hay and Wood ariseing in upon and out of all that parcell of Arabl land Called Palmers Mounts conteyning by Estimacon Eight Acres lying in Horsell aforesaid which I latly purchased of the Impropiators of Horsell aforesaid which said Tythes Messuag Barns & Backside with the Appurtten: as shall Remayne and be to the use and behoofe of Mary my said Wife Dureing the Terme of her natural life And from and after he Decesse I Give Devise and Bequeath the said Messuage or Tenement Barns Land and Tythes with their and every of their Appurtenances unto my Son James Hone his Heires and Assignes for ever Item I allsoe Give and Bequeath unto Mary my said Wife All my Indoors and Outdoor goods and Cattell during the terme of her natural life and after her Decesse I Give and Bequeath the said Goods and Cattells unto my said sonn James Hone for ever Item I alsoe Give and Bequeath unto Mary my said Wife Fourteen pounds of lawfull Brittish money to be payd by my Executor hereafter named within Twelve Months next after my Decesse Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son William Hone one shilling to be payd by my Executor within Twelve Months next after my Decesse Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son John Hone and to my Son Henry Hone and to my Son Ambrose Hone and to my Daughter Mary Hone Tenn pounds a peece of good and lawful Brittish money to be payd by my said Executor within Twelve Months next after my Decesse Item I Give and Bequeath unto my said Son James Hone all my Reddy moneys and Credits and all other of my Personall Estate whatsoever not herein before Given and Bequeathed And I doe hereby Constitute Ordeyn and make my said Son James Hone Soale Executor of this my last Will and Testament he paying all my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expenses In Witness whereof I the said William Hone have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale the day and year first above written.
