In the Name of God Amen I Mary Willats Spinster that part of Camberwell which is in the parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the County Surrey being health of Body and of perfect Mind and Memory blessed be to God Knowing that it is appointed for all _ _ _ _ _ _ unto to die and considering the uncertainty of the time when so make and ordain this my last will & Testament in manner following (that is to say) First and principally I resign my soul into the hands of almighty God who gave it to me and my Body I remind my to my follow Earth to be buried in a decent manner at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named in hopes of a joyful Resurrection in Gods own time and as to my Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I Give and Devise and Dispose of in _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the following form and manner I give and Bequeath to my Brother Moses Willats of Poultry London three hundred pounds of my Bank Annuities for the year 1726 I give and Bequeath to my servant Mary Coleman if she lives with me at the time of my decease One hundred pounds of my aforesaid Bank Annuities for the year 1726 I give and Bequeath to my unto Mary Willats, Julia Willats, Benjamin Willats the three children of my Nephew Thomas Willats all my plate and Rings to be divided equally between them I give and Bequeath to Thomas Wilkinson and Eleanor Wilkinson his Wife between them one shilling I give and Bequeath to Richard Baker and Susannah Baker his wife between them One shilling I give and Bequeath to my Nephew John Willats one shilling I give and Bequeath to Samuel Hill of Walworth if he stands as one of my Executors of this my Last will the sum of twenty pounds I give and Bequeath to my Julia Willats the wife of my nephew Thomas Willats all my wearing apparel of every kind the several Legacies above I desire may be paid or transferred to them within six months after my Decease after the Legacies are Discharged and my Funeral Expenses are paid and what Debts I shall leave unpaid are satisfied then the Rest and residue of my Estate and Effects such as Bank Annuities for the year One thousand seven hundred and twenty six and what over also I shall die possessed of I give to my Nephew Thomas Willats one of my Executors hereinafter named I do also Constitute and Appoint Samuel Hill of Walworth and Thomas Willats of Fore Street London to be joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal this twenty eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five Mary Willats (ss) signed sealed published and declared by the within named Testator Mary Willats to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each Witnesses, Henry Brown of Camberwell Thomas Balshaw of London Wall . / H This Will was proved at London the Ninth Day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Eight before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of this Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Law Master Keeper of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oaths of Samuel Hill and Thomas Willats the nephew of the deceased and Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased was granted of all and singular Goods chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn only to Administer /..
