This is the last Will and Testament of me James Collyer of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Labourer I give and bequeath at my Decease unto my Wife Mary Collyer all my personal property of every description - I likewise give and bequeath at my Decease all those Copyhold Estates that I now possess situate in the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey unto my said Wife Mary Collyer her Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the custom of the Manor of Bisley aforesaid And I hereby appoint my said Wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and charge her to pay all my just debts due at my Decease Funeral expenses and Testamentary Charges - In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of October 1850.
