This is the last Will and Testament of me James Walker of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surry Husbandman I direct my Executor hereinafter nominated to call collect and receive as soon as possible after my decease all and every such sums and sum of money as shall at that time be due and owing to me for principal and interest on bonds bills or notes or other securities or on any other account whatsoever and to pay thereout in the first place all my just debts the expense of my funeral and of proving this my Will and in the next place to pay thereout the legacies hereinafter mentioned I give and bequeath unto my Wife's Brother William Boxall of Byfleet in the said County of Surry Husbandman the sum of twenty five pounds and all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my monies Household Goods and Furniture and Personal Estate of every sort and kind I do hereby give and bequeath unto William Walker of Bisley aforesaid Husbandman to and for his own absolute use and benfit and I do nominate and appoint the said William Walker to be the sole Executor of this my will and revoking all former Wills by me made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine__ James Walker __ Signed sealed published and declared by the said James Walker the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses hereto.
