This is the last Will and Testament of me John Turner of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey I give unto my dear Wife Mary Turner all my Goods Chattels Stock Crop & in Short everything I am possessed of in this World for her sole use & benefit And I hereby nominate and appoint her my said Wife my sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament and revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made I do publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have this twenty eighth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty six set my Hand and Seal The Mark X of John Turner Signed sealed published and declared as & for the last Will and Testament of the said John Turner who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our Names as witnesses thereof. Wm Aulsebrook of Woking Farmer ~ George Loveland of Horsell Farmer Proved at London 18th August 1826 before the Wpful John Haggard Dr of Laws & Surr by the oath of Mary Turner Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted being first sworn duly to administer.
