This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Loveland of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Widow as follows that is to say first I direct that such debts as I shall justly owe at the time of my decease together with my funeral and testamentary charges and expences be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named I give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Searle the sum of five pounds for his absolute use and benefit Also I give and bequeath unto my Brother William Searle the sum of five pounds for his absolute use and benefit and I direct the same to be paid to them respectively at the end of three Calendar months next after my decease and subject thereto and to the payment of my said debts and funeral and testamentary expences I give and bequeath all and singular my Personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my Brother James Searle his Executors Admors and assigns for his absolute use and benefit And I appoint my said Brother James Searle sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four The mark + of Mary Loveland Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Loveland as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses.
