In the Name of God Amen I Henry Smith of the parish of Bisley in the County of Surry yeoman Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament as followeth First I commend my Soul to the Mercies of God and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of mt Executor hereinafter named and as to my Worldly Estate I give and bequeath the same as followeth First my Will and meaning is that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully satisfied and Paid by my Executor and then what remains I give as followeth I give and bequeath unto my Cousin William Smith Grandson of my Brother William Smith and Son of my Nephew William Smith of Cowshott and his Heirs and Assigns for ever all my Right Title Claim or Demand which I have in three Closes of Copyhold Land lying and being in the said Parish of Bisley known by the name or named of Cold Harbour or Loampitts with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging by Estimation Nine Acres more or less I give & bequeath unto my Cousin James Smith another Son of my said Nephew William Smith and his Heirs and Assigns for ever all my Right Title Claim & Demand which I have in a Copyhold Cottage Garden and two Closes of Land by Estimation three Acres more or less with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging in the Parish of Bisley known by the name of Hazell Hill I give and bequeath unto my Cousins John Smith Richard Smith Edward Smith and Joseph Smith four other Sons said Nephew William Smith to each of them the Sum of Fifty Pounds to be paid unto John and Richard and Edward in twelve Months after my decease and to be paid unto Joseph when he attains to the Age of twenty one years and I charge the Sum of two hundred Pounds which I have on a Mortgage on the Lands of my said Nephew William Smith with the Payment of the said Fifty Pounds a piece to the said John Smith Richard Smith Edward Smith and Joseph Smith at the times above directed All the rest of my whole Estate that is not herein by me before given together with my Leasehold House and Lands in Pirbright I give and bequeath the same to my said Nephew William Smith Son of my Brother William Smith and his Heirs and Assigns for ever he or they paying out of the same all my just debts and Funeral Expenses and those Legacies herein by me given and I charge my Estate as above directed and I do appoint my said Nephew William Smith Executor to this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this fourteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and two _ Henry Smith his X Mark.
