In the Name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of John Loveland of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey yeoman I give and bequeath unto Mary my beloved Wife and her Heirs and Assigns all my Household Goods All the rest of my whole Estate both real and Personal that is not herein by me before given I give and bequeath the same unto my Brother James Loveland and his Heirs and Assigns for ever he or they paying out of the same all my just Debts and Funeral Expences and these Legacies and Payments following that is to say to pay unto my said Wife Five Pounds in one month after my Decease likewise to pay unto my said Wife the Sum of twenty Pounds a year and every a year for the term of her natural Life to be paid her quarterly that is to say the Sum of five pounds every a quarter of a year likewise to pay unto my Godson John Loveland Son of my Brother James Loveland and my Godson Morris Gosden to each of them the Sum of Five Pounds as they severally attain to the Age of twenty one years And I charge my real Estate with the payment as above directed In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this twenty eighth day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Ninety four _ John Loveland his X Mark.
