In the Name of God Amen I Mary Searle of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Widow do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament as followeth first I commend my Soul to the mercies of God and my Body to the Eartth to be decently Buryed at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named and as to my Worldly Estate I give and bequeath the same as followeth I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Thomas Searle Son of my Son Thomas Searle a Bed and my Bedstead with Green Hangings and my little Frying Pan a little pair of Tongs a little Iron Pott and one Oak Chest All the rest and residue of my whole Estate called or known by any Name or Names whatsoever the same may be called or whersoever the same may be found I give and bequeath the same unto my Son James Searle and his Heirs and Assigns for ever he or they paying out of the same all my just Debts and Funeral Expences and the Probate of this my Will and the following Legacies or Sums of Money at the times herein after named that is to say to pay unto my Son William Searle the Sum of Ten Pounds and to my Son George Rempnant Searle the Sum of Ten Pounds and to my Daughter Mary now the Wife of John Loveland the Sum of five Pounds which three Sums of Money my Will is that it be paid in Twelve Months after my decease I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Searle the Sum of Fifteen Pounds to be paid him by half yearly payments of Fifty Shillings every half year until the whole is paid the first payment of Fifty Shillings to be made in Six Months after my decease and my Will is that my Son Thomas be paid Interest at the Rate of Four Pounds a year for a hundred Pounds for all his Legacies that is left unpaid every half year until the whole is paid I Give and bequeath unto my Grandson James Searle Son of my Son William Searle the Sum of Five Pounds I Give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Mary Searle Daughter of my Son Thomas Searle the Sum of Five Pounds I Give and bequeath unto my Grandson Thomas Searle Son of my Son Thomas Searle the Sum of Thirty Pounds and my Will is that the Legacies of my Grandsons James Searle and Thomas Searle and my Granddaughter Mary Searle be paid unto them as they severally attaine to the Age of Twenty one Years and my Will is that they be paid Interst for their legacies at the Rate of Four Pounds by the year for a hundred Pounds every year until their Legacies is Paid and I charge my whole Estate as above directed and I do nominate and appoint my Son James Searle Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this Tenth Day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety Seven __ Mary Searle her X Mark. Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testatrix to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our Names as Witnesses in the presence of the Testatrix my Son Thomas Searle Legacies Fifteen Pounds __ Philip Gyles _ James Stevens X his mark _ Jane Stevens X her mark This Will of Mary Searle late of the parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Widow deceased was proved on the twelfth Day of June 1802 before the Reverend Thomas Russell Clerk a Surrogate by the Oath of James Searle the Son and sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to Administer.
