In the Name of God Amen this is the last Will and Testament of John Deedman of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey yeoman first I commend my Soul to the Mercies of God and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named and as to my worldly Estate I give and bequeath all my whole Estate both real and personal called or known by any Name or Names whatsoever the same may be called unto my Nephew Thomas Deedman of Woking in the County of Surry Son of my Brother James Deedman and his Heirs and Assigns for ever he or they paying out of the same all my just Debts and funeral Expences and the following Legacies following in twelve Months after my Decease that is to say to pay unto my Nephew John Deedman Son of my other Brother Nathaniel Deedman the sum of twenty Pounds and to the two Daughters of my said Brother Nathaniel namely Mary and Elizabeth to each of them the sum of Ten Pounds and my Will is if either of my said Legatees should happen to die before that Legacy becomes payable and leave any Child or Children lawfully begotten then such Child or Children to have their Father's or Mother's part that shall happen to die and I charge my whole Estate as above directed and I do appoint my said Nephew Thomas Deedman Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do appoint my Friends Philip Gyles and William Eacott to be trustees to see this my Will truly executed In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this third Day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five __ John Deedman his Mark X.
