In the Name of God Amen I George Rempnant the Elder of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surry Yeoman do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God and hope for A Salvation through the Merits of my Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ and my Body to the Earth to be decently Burryed at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and as for my worldly Estate I give and dispose of as followeth (that is to say) First my Will and Meaning is that there be ????? ????? Thirteen or Fourteen pounds laid out on my Funeral and further my Will and Meaning is that all my just Debts and funeral expenses be fully satisfied and paid Item I give unto the Poor of the Parish of Bisley the sum of Three Pounds to be laid out at the best Advantage as shall be thought most proper by my Executors and Trustees hereinafter named and the Use of the same to be ????? Yearly amongst the said Poor at the discretion of my Executors and Trustees so long as any of the ???? shall Last and after the Death of my Executors and Trustees at the discretion of the Churchwardens and Trustees of the Poor of the said Parish of Bisley Item I give and bequeath unto my Great Grandaughter Mary Rempnant the only Daughter of my Grandson Edward Rempnant late of Pirbright deceased when she shall attain to the age of one and Twenty Years Fifty Pounds which I have owing me upon bond of my Grandson Edward Rempnant aforesaid the which becomes payable to my heirs or assigns at my Death as doth most fully Appeare by the Condition of the said bond and the Interest of the same I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Collyer of Horsell untill the said Marey shall Attain to the Age of One and Twenty Years if she the said Ann shall so long live And I do Constitute make and Ordain my Daughter Anne Collyer of Horsell and my Grandson George Rempnant whole and sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal the Nine and Twentyth day of July in the year of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred Forty and Four.
