In the Name of God Amen I John Collyer of the parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Yeoman being weake in body but of perfect mind and memory praised be God do constitute make and appoint this to be my last will and Testament Imprimis I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing by his mercy and the merits of Christ my Redeemer to be saved Item I bequeath my body to the Earth to be decently buried in the parish Churchyard of Woking at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named And as for that Temporal Estate with which it hath pleased God to blesse me I dispose of in manner and forme following First I give unto my Loveing brother William Collyer all my Freehold Lands lying in the parish of Ewhurst in the County of Surrey Upon Condition my said brother do pay the following Legacies I give and bequeath to my Sister Anne wife of William Porter the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid in a yeare after my decease and if she happen to dye before that time I give the said hundred pounds to her Children then liveing equally to be divided Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Jane wife of Thomas Marlyn the sume of one hundred pounds to be paid in a yeare after my decease and if she happen to dye before that time I give the said hundred pounds to her Children then liveing equally to be divided Item I give unto my Sister Sarah Collyer the sume of one hundred pounds to be paid in a yeare after my decease to her and her heires Item I give unto my Sister Mary Collyer the sume of one hundred pounds to be paid her when she is of the age of one and twenty years and my will and meaning is if the said Mary shall happen to dye before she is of the aforesaid age and hath no child then mu will and meaning is that the said hundred pounds shall be equally divided betwixt my brother William Collyer Anne Porter Jane Marlyn and Sarah Collyer my Sisters And I nominate and appoint my Loveing brother William Collyer to be Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament to whom I I give and bequeath all my other goods and Chattells unbequeathed he paying my debts Legacies and funerall expenses And I doe revoke all former wills and Testaments by me formerly made in Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the Twenty Seventh day of July Anno Dm one Thousand six hundred Ninety and Six John Collyer.
