This is the last Will and Testament of me William Loveland of Bisley in County of Surrey Farmer I Give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Jane Loveland and her heirs All and every my Freehold and Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situate lying and being to which I am or may be entitled whether in possession reversion remainder expectancy or otherwise howsoever To have and to hold the same unto and to the use of my said Wife Jane Loveland her heirs and assigns for ever And I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Jane Loveland all my Personal Estate and Effects of every sort and kind to hold the same unto my said Wife Jane Loveland her executors administrators and Assigns to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses And I nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Jane Loveland sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare these presents only to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Loveland the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three William Loveland.
