In the name of God Amen The Five and twentyeth day of Aprill in the three and thirtyeth yeare of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith or Anno Dm one thousand six hundred eighty one I William Heather of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey Husbandman being sick and weake of body but of perfect memory thanks be given to God therefore doe hereby make ordaine and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say First I comitt my soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and Redeemer hopeing through the meritts death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Lord and Saviour to have free pardon and forgivenesse of all my sinns and life everlasting And my body I comitt to the earth to be decently buryed And as touching my worldly estate I give and bequeath the same as followeth First I give will and bequeath that all my goods and household stuffe shall be sold by my Executors hereafter named and that the moneys thereby arising shall be imployed by my said Executors towards the payment of my Debts and bring up of my children Thomas Heather and Katherine Heather and whereas John Badcock of Witley is to pay unto me the Sume of Forty pounds of lawfull money of England Now I the said William Heather doe hereby order and appoint my said Executors first to imploy the said forty pounds and the interest thereof for and towards the bringing up of Thomas Heather and Katherine my two children and for the payment of my debts and after the payment of my debts and bring up of my children all the moneys goods and chattells which shall be then left and remaine I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Katherine Heather Item I make and ordaine my well beloved Friends William Collins of Witley aforesaid yeoman and William Coleman the younger of Witley aforesaid yeoman Executors of this my last Will and Testament In witnesse whereof I the said William Heather to this my last Will and Testament have sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written.
