In the Name of God Amen I Jane Walker of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surry Widow being weak in Body but of a sound and disposing Mind and of a perfect Memory and Understanding(thanks be to God for the same) But calling to Mind the uncertainty of this Transitory Life do therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament First and Principally I commend my Soul toAlmighty God trusting in the alone Merits of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for the Remission of all my Sins And as for such Temporal Estate and Worldly Goods as it hath pleased God to bless me with I give devise bequeath and dispose of as follows I give and devise unto my Son William Walker of Woking in the County of Surry Husbandman and unto my Daughter Mary the Wife of William Maynard of Bisley in the County of Surry Husbandman all that my Freehold Messuage or Tenement with the Garden CourtYard Turf Houses Edificess and Buildings together with an Orchard adjoining and belonging thereto containing by estimation three Quarters of an Acre be the same more or less with all and singular the Appurtenances and Hereditaments to the said Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises belonging or in any wise appertaining situate lying and being in the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surry (called or known by the Name of Nulkins or Nalkins) and now in my own Occupation and for my said Son William and my Daughter Mary to take and receive all the Rents Issues and profits of the same To have and To hold the said Freehold Messuage or Tenement Garden Court Yard Orchard Lands and Premises with all and singular the Hereditaments to the same belonging or in any way appertaining unto my said Son William Walker and my Daughter Mary Maynard as joint Tenants and authorize them to sell Mortgage or otherwise dispose of the same if it should hereafter appear more agreeable or eligible to them I also give and devise unto my said Son William Walker and unto my Daughter Mary Maynard all that my Legacy given and bequeathed unto me by my aunt Susanna Adams of Esher in the County of Surry Widow out of a Leasehold Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises situate lying and being in the said Parish of Esher in the County of Surry aforesaid and now in the Occupation of John Shakenail Gardiner All which said Legacy I give and bequeath unto my Son WilliamWalker and Mary Maynard to be divided equally between them share and share alike as soon as the said Legacy shall become due and payable I also give and bequeath unto my Son William and unto my said Daughter Mary all my Household Furniture Goods and Chattels whatsoever or wheresoever to be equally divided between them share and share alike excepting my own Bed with all its Furniture and all my Wearing Apparel all which I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Maynard (as her own absolute property all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate as ready Money Bonds Book Debts Leases Government and all other securities for Money Credits &t and all other my Personal Estate whatsoecer and wheresoever or of what nature or kind or quality soever (afetr all my just Debts Funeral Charges and Testamentary Expenses are paid and discharged) I give and bequeath unto my Son William Walker and Mary Maynard my Daughter the same to be divided equally between them share and share alike and Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son William Walker and Mary Maynard joint Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all other and former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal to this my last Will and Testament made and wrote on two sheets of Paper to the first of which said sheets of Paper I have set my hand and affixed my Seal and to this second and last sheet of Paper have likewise set my hand and affixed my Seal this seventh day of June in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Six.
